Job Summary
Job Description:
- Performing Installation of Instruments, Calibration, validation, Commissioning.
- Performing Instrument troubleshooting, maintenance, service and repairs at customer site and clearing of faults as early as possible to avoid hampering of customer project work and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Providing support to customer all over north India on Instrument Operation on site as well as remotely.
- Maintaining calendar for preventive maintenance visits, performing without causing delay and attending service calls from customer.
- Assisting Technician, Doctor regarding Machine handling operations
Qualification:
Bsc/Msc, B.Tech/M.Tech., Biomedical Engineers
Additional Requirements:
- Candidate should have experience of handling Medical equipments.
- Should have good customer service attitude and willing to travel
- Self-starter with minimum guidelines needed in performing the task
- Problem solving attitude, and willing to take multiple task
- Good Communication and able to express and set right expectation with customers
- Understand Medical equipment customer expectations
