Job Summary


Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and clear interaction with business key stakeholders: requirements gathering, solution design, day-to-day communications.
  • Run, Execute, and deliver solutions in project mode (Design, Configuration, Set Up, Test and Solution Validation) including cut over, go live and hyper care.
  • Address level 3 support for complex issues
  • Commitment on delivery dates and high-quality performance
  • Contribute to the delivery of improvement plan impacting the Supply Chain Planning functional domain.
  • Suggesting process improvements for the area
  • Execute as part of a platform/product delivery model by acting as a product manager, product squad member or project team member.
  • As part of successful solution delivery, accountable for executing the functional solution design considering customer / user experience / target audiences, data modelling and relationships along with integration implications with other internal and external platforms, functional logic, etc.
  • Executing the feasibility assessment of functional solutions to determine effort estimate, collaborating with necessary D&T stakeholders (solution architects, integration experts, etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with technical resources to determine the technical design in line with the functional solution design and understand the impact and implications of various solution options from business operations to technical performance.

You bring

  • Bachelors/ Masters Degree and working experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Kinaxis Solutions or implementing related supply chain planning business solutions
  • Evidence of leading Kinaxis solutions as a product owner, technical client service lead or lead solution role
  • Advance knowledge/Expertise for Kinaxis solutions: such as Supply Planning, Forecasting and Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Attribute Based Planning, Sales & Operations Planning and S&OE / Control Tower
  • Senior Level Expertise in functional integration (ongoing closed loop) to major ERP
  • Advanced Understanding of Kinaxis Data Models
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, Ability to work effectively in a global virtual team according to hybrid working model.
