Urgent Opening for Travel Sales Executive
Roles & Responsibilities
- Connect with 30+ Leads on daily basis on WhatsApp to share the details as per the customer requirements.
- Reply to customer queries with fast response time
- Customize the package based on the requirements through company online system
- Build trust among the customer to book the trip with our company.
- Send Booking and Payment link as per company policy.
- Able to deliver the assigned targets on a weekly/monthly basis
- Follow up on post-sales queries till the completion of the trip.
- Regular Updating knowledge about destination, new places, visa process etc.
Requirements
- Minimum experience in a similar job for 1 year for selling international/Domestic holiday destination
- Excellent command over English, Hindi - both written and spoken
- Skills to convince people to take action and build trust in the brand.
- Flexible with working hours during busy season.
- Able to handle pressure and work in a small team/independently
