Job Summary Urgent Opening for Travel Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Connect with 30+ Leads on daily basis on WhatsApp to share the details as per the customer requirements.
  • Reply to customer queries with fast response time
  • Customize the package based on the requirements through company online system
  • Build trust among the customer to book the trip with our company.
  • Send Booking and Payment link as per company policy.
  • Able to deliver the assigned targets on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Follow up on post-sales queries till the completion of the trip.
  • Regular Updating knowledge about destination, new places, visa process etc.

Requirements

  • Minimum experience in a similar job for 1 year for selling international/Domestic holiday destination
  • Excellent command over English, Hindi - both written and spoken
  • Skills to convince people to take action and build trust in the brand.
  • Flexible with working hours during busy season.
  • Able to handle pressure and work in a small team/independently
