Job Role The ideal candidate for this role is deeply committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and possesses strong analytical capabilities to extract insights from data. Responsibilities include: Customer Journey Optimisation: Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and addressing pain points. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with various teams to align CX initiatives with business goals and fostering inter-departmental communication. Data Analysis and Insights: Collecting and analyzing customer feedback and data to drive data-driven CX enhancements. Customer Feedback Management: Creating systems for gathering, analyzing, and responding to customer feedback. Customer Engagement Strategies: Creating and executing programs to build brand loyalty and increase customer retention. Performance Metrics Tracking: Establishing KPIs to measure CX initiative success. Budget Management: Developing and managing budgets for CX initiatives and allocating resources effectively. Skills and Experience Past entrepreneurial will be highly preferred 3+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on customer experience preferred A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive insights from customer data.
