Job Summary
Create growth by understanding Clients Business Requirement to the core and translate it into functional requirement Coordinate with the business team to collect, analyze and document, business & functional requirements. Gather and analyze customer business requirements, understand, and interpret user needs & goals into solutions. Hands on experience in documenting business requirements, use cases and business flows. Work with subject matter experts, IT professionals and software developers to define project scope and objectives. To provide a technical solution document to client, satisfying his business needs. Represent the organization in client meeting with Business Team when & where required. Work closely with the project managers and analysts and be involved in project planning sessions to develop assessments and project plans. Liaise with development and testing teams during all steps of software development lifecycle to provide necessary support in understanding requirements. Involved in Project Demonstrations/Review with client during development, document meeting outcomes and coordinate all internal and external follow-ups to close issues in support of the project requirements. To Coordinate, Manage and work with BA Team.
