Job Summary

Job Purpose

  • Manage alliances & partnerships with all merchants in the AP and TelanganaState.
  • Drive Spends & Engagement on Credit/Debit/EMI/Payzapp/Flexipay through association with the key Merchants across Tier 1/2/3 cities in these states
  • Core focus on driving engagement with key merchants by frequent travel to the following DistrictsHyderabad, Warrangal, Karimnagar, nizambad, secunderabad, vishakapatnam, vijaywada, rajamundry, guntur, nellore
  • Ideate, plan & execute city specific regional offer festivals for the assigned region
  • Forge alliances with merchants & front end discussions to onboard the best offers on all payment instruments
  • Drive incremental spends & income through all alliances with focus on profitability.
  • Conducting surprise visits to stores on regular basis and ensuring merchant visibility and sales drive on our offers.
  • Achieve overall spends growth MoMacross all categories and payment instruments
  • Ensure promotion of offers through all bank channels especially through merchant stores and by conducting local activities.
  • Drive visibility for our card across merchant platforms & also in OOH, Stores, Print, TVC etc. to ensure maximum mileage at zero cost
  • Analyze & understand customer behavior at city/state/category level to clearly identify the opportunity areas
  • Competition tracking - To ensure we stay ahead of competition in terms of innovation, best in class offering for end customer
  • End to end offer management including vendor onboarding, planning, campaign roll out, analytics, payments
  • Raising/clearing invoices on a timely basis to ensure all receivables/recovery are completed on time
