Job Summary

Job Purpose

Business Development and target achievement ( Achieve commercial cards Business volumes for spends volume & card acquisition )

  • Establish large & medium sized corporate for the Bank to fetch their international /domestic business spends on prepaid card platform and achieve market leadership across Prepaid cards Business
  • Explore segments like branch, open market, travel sector etc and whole sale banking verticals likes ,ECG& CBG to acquire large Ticket size Corporates for penetration of CPS & Prepaid products. Closely work with MNAP & other Alliances to acquire large corporates for Commercial card products. Focus on sourcing large competition corporates for Prepaid Card products
  • Track and monitor the segment-wise achievement and visit the large business corporate to ensure relationship enhancement
  • Review corporate-wise and segment wise business and profitability and revisit the pricing basis business potential for increasing the wallet share.
  • CAM /Agreement/Pricing and TOD Recommendations/ Review and revisit Commercials when required.
  • Regular review of Portfolio and Segment wise penetration.
  • Visit and scope new business alliance partners.
  • Interact and develop business models with CBG, ECG team to ensure portfolio penetration of commercial cards.

  • Drive Spends Volumes & Card acquisition as per the year s Sales Plan
  • Explore avenues for growing Business from Internal and External Relationships
  • Acquire NTB large ticket size Corporates for penetration of T/E as well Non T/E Portfolio of the respective region

Relationship and Roles

  • This position requires liaising with WBG Group
  • Interaction with Corporate Salary , Legal , Credit/Risk Team
  • Close coordinated work with Prepaid card products team , Service Delivery Team &other stakeholders within the bank.

Acquire Market Information to Product Innovations and Process Simplifications

  • Seek market updates on Product Features and understand Competition Strengths and Weakness
  • Provide relevant inputs to product team to ease Process simplification and product Improvement

Scope new avenues for Commercial Payment Solutions.

Ensure adherence of KYC Process and Compliance to Guidelines -Process Adherence , Staffing and product support

  • Close monitoring of processes and a strong hold on the receivables
  • Review the corporate revisit report to enhance effective commercial card program implementation
  • Ensure adherence to all KYC guidelines while sourcing a corporate with the right product & accuracy of all documents required at the time of setting up a relationship.
