Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities :

To generate business for LAP and Home Loans products.
Recruiting DSA/ Channels
Managing DSA/ channel partners and DST
Overall branch management and Business Development Conducting regular Product and Knowledge trainings for branch teams.
In charge of all the activities of the branch end to end.
Responsible for achieving the Branch Sales Budgets by managing the daily activities
To handle / coordinate for pre & post disbursement activities

Desired Candidate Profile :

Qualification :Post Graduate / Graduate with Commerce background oy any other stream
Experience : Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience.
Should have experience of home loan/ Mortgage loan
Builder relationship and knowledge of Approved Project process
Experience of executing local campaigns and marketing activity
Capability to do direct sourcing
Ability for collection in case of any of assigned customer going delinquent
Display strong understanding of customer business
