Job Summary

Qualifications: Knowledge of IT Roles: A strong understanding of the specific IT roles being recruited for, including ASP.NET development, database administration, network engineering, or mobile application development. Technical Familiarity: Familiarity with the technical skills, tools, and technologies relevant to the IT positions. For example, for a network engineer role, knowledge of networking protocols and equipment may be required. Recruitment Expertise: Proficiency in recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring teams. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and address recruitment challenges and bottlenecks. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing hiring needs and priorities within the IT department. Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, certifications, and emerging technologies relevant to the IT field
