Your Role:

• Activeusercommunication via emails, live chats and calls
• Ensure minimum turnaround time for resolvinguserqueries & complaints
• Deliver the best in class service in the most friendly and timely manner
• Suggest process & product improvements based onuserfeedback
• Assist the team in reporting & analysis
• Be a team player, gel with the team and learn from your peers

Must Haves:

• 2+ yearsexperienceincustomerservice specialising in email support
• Critical thinking, problem solving & logical reasoning skills
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English
• Ability to remain calm, be cordial and friendly under stress

Good to Have:

• Worked previously at a fast growing consumer internet start-up preferably in online gaming or e-commerce
• Strong sports knowledge
