Job Description:
DELIVERY FOCUS:
Leading teams towards delivery; Responsible for timely delivery as per defined plans 1. Participation in execution of experiments as needed. 2. Planning, delegating and supervising day-to-day activities in order to successful execution of experiments. 3. Fully owning the quality of data generated adhering to the norms of the quality systems. 4. Daily review of ongoing experimental data. 5. Supporting GLs/ SMEs in designing of experiments by providing data in appropriate format. 6. Explaining the approved DOE/OFAT experiment designs to the TMs. 7. Resource management for experiments for flawless execution by ensuring availability of manpower, equipment, raw materials and consumables. 8. Collaborating with the purification for clarification of harvest material and for NTEL generation. Coordinating with analytical and Bio-analytical teams for sample submission. DOCUMENTATION & REVIEW: 1. Reviewing experimental data (LNBs/ ELN/ DRSs) as per the norms of the quality systems. Ensuring that the lab records are completed, and reviewed as per SOP. 2. Ensuring accuracy and availability of the recorded raw data. Ensuring data integrity (correctness of data). 3. Reviewing functional SDPs and DRSs. 4. Collabrating with PDQA for review, data authentication and archival of LNBs, DRSs, campaign plan/ protocols/ reports. 5. Data collation and presentation in a comprehensive manner for further analysis. Lab Management, Safety & Quality: Overseeing lab operations, equipment maintenance, safety and quality 1. Ensuring compliance of the team with safety and quality standards and systems for smooth lab functioning. 2. Coordinating with lab ops and engineering team in case of equipment break-down to minimise the downtime. 3. Ensuring the availability of RMs and consumables required for project. Team Management: Connection, motivation, performance review and coaching 1. Maintaining discipline within the team and motivating the team towards achieving functional goals. 2. Being connected with team members for their technical and professional growth through regular one-one interactions. 3. Contributing to the performance reviews of team members. Identifying developmental area of TMs and impart apprppriate training/coaching.
