HR Consultant Job in Doxy Software Services Private Limited

Responsibilities:

Accountable for the management of end to end execution of HR solution associate with outsourcing contracts and agreements.

Responsible for overall Project management and duration for transition and integration activities.

Provide regular project updates to the client and internal stakeholder.

Develop and release job posting on a platform such as social media and job boards.

Screen resumes and prospects,qualify interview and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interview to assisting with final offer negotiation to close joiners.

Continuously partner with HR /internal sourcers and consultants / Business leadership on client side to design ,refine and implement innovative recruiting strategies provide coaching and guidance to more junior level recruiting staff.

HR principles involved in co-ordination of people and resources to identify improvement area and implement best practice approach to employee transfer process.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or similar.

A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR consultant or similar.

Full understanding of HR legislation, policies, and procedures.

Excellent understanding of HR evaluation metrics and methods.

The ability to protect the interests of company employees.
