1. QMS implementation and food safety measures.Set up systems for hybridized implementation of QMS and GMP.Receive the ISO 22000 certificationLiaison with Standard Australian International to receive quality certification
2. Handling customer complaintsFrame a customer complaint reception formatReceive customer complaints through mail/hard copiesEnsure reply goes to customer within 48 hours for milk productsand within 24 hours for milk related complaints.Put into place for ensuring standardized collection of complaintsfrom all locations
3. Compliance with legal and statutory requirements.Coordinate with HR department for implementation of legal and statutory requirements in all Chilling Centers and Packing StationsLiaison with food inspectors and other authorities from the Central LabCoordinate with AGMARK (for clarified butter) for ensuring labelingCoordinate with PFA,BIS, MMPO,PCB and Standard Weights and Measurement authorities
4. Required Candidate profileDairy / Food industry Quality Assurance experience is compulsory.
Head of the department experience required.
He should well versed with HACCP, ISO & other regulatory works
