Looking for a Lead to be a part of a growing engineering team laying the foundation of a connected healthcare ecosystem.

Your Part:

• Research, design and build highly reliable, available and scalable solutions
• Own large technical deliverables and execute in a structured manner, complete ownership of functional Services that your team is responsible for.
• Take the accountability of the overall health of the products you build and predictability of the deliverables of your team
• Lead by example, mentor and guide team members on everything from structured problem solving to development of best practices
• Platformize components as libraries, utilities and servicify and promote reuse.
• Be able to conceptualise and develop prototypes quickly
• Drive technical roadmap of the team in collaboration with Product and Business Teams.
• Track record of building and delivering mission critical, 24x7 production software systems

Must Have:

• 5+ years of Development & 1+ years of relevant Technical Lead Experience.

• Hands on with Software Architecture, Software Design and Implementation

• Strong Experience in Python or Java or GoLang.

• Very Strong System design and OO skills with a nifty ability to craft clean interfaces and operate at the right levels of abstraction.

• Solid coding skills with ability to drive teams through massive refactoring exercise & improve coding standards across developers.

• Excellent Problem Solving skills for complex & large scale Systems

• Experience & expertise in a variety of large scale systems and databases
