Your Part:

  • Build a robust pipeline of leads (doctors) via various sources

  • Use your expertise of the product and sales ability to showcase to doctors how DocOn can transform their practice

  • Convince the doctors to use our product

  • Visit doctors, train and handhold them until they are comfortable using the product

  • Give a detailed demo of all the features

  • Setup the infrastructure for the doctor (Hardware + Software)

  • Train the doctors to use our product and provide them support whenever needed.

  • Generate good-will with the doctor and get more referrals

  • Involves 75% travelling (on ground sales)


Must Have:

  • You are a natural extrovert. Conversing with people feeds your energy.

  • You love to debate on a variety of topics - politics, business, bitcoin, E-commerce, business - pretty much anything.

  • You can charm people into doing what you would like them to do.

  • You are deeply empathetic and respectful of people. Having a strong Customer Focus is very important.

  • You want to build a career in Sales / Business Development.
