What is the job like?

• Work closely with the Product engineering, design, and all supporting team to achieve business goals.
• Plan and manage project schedules, anticipate project risks and provide mitigation strategies.Manage conflicts, drive effective teamwork, communication, and collaboration partnering across multiple business units with competing priorities
• Create reports for leadership teams on team progress
• Effectively document all internal processes and make recommendations based on learnings on the ground. Be nimble to changeEducate team members on the team processes and rituals and influence adherence to the same
• Identify opportunities, define and institutionalize processes for accurately capturing scope, dependencies, schedule, metrics, risks for program success, and effectively communicate the program status and updates/reports to all stakeholders on a regular cadence
