Job Summary

Roles and responsibilities:

You will be working with an extremely passionate & smart US team.

As a WordPress expert, you will build and maintain WordPress products (themes & plugins) that will be used by other WordPress projects.

Expected to maintain, upgrade & support our WordPress based products and Services.

Must talk with end WordPress users & developer directly to understand their need in a better manner.

Skills Required:

WordPress is built on PHP with HTML, CSS & JavaScript. So, besides these obvious skills, WordPress developer should have a good understanding of its CMS functionalities, code architecture.

Also you should be an active follower of the WordPress community & entire ecosystem.Creating the website architecture.Strong understanding of creating and customizing WordPress themes and plugins.Design and manage the website back-end including database and server integration.Troubleshooting and Monitoring the performance and security of the live WordPress website.Exposure to AB testing and related tools & services like google Optimize.You should be proficient in:PHP, MySQL, JavaScript.Strong understanding of HTML and CSS including cross-browser compatibility, performance.Version control systems such as Git.Experience in building WordPress plugins/functionality.WordPress Theme hierarchy.WordPress actions/filters API.Queries & LoopsActions / Filters / HooksShort codeMandatory Skills: PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, Strong understanding of HTML and CSS including cross-browser compatibility, performance, Version control systems such as Git, Experience in building WordPress plugins/functionality, WordPress Theme hierarchy, WordPress actions/filters API., Queries & Loops, Actions / Filters / Hooks, Short code.
Experience Required :
