The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media trends, possess excellent communication skills, and have 1 a proven ability to develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience. You will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies and analyzing performance to optimize results.Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).Create, curate, and publish engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, tailored to each platform.Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to inform content strategy.Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to ensure consistent branding and messaging.Analyze social media performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics) and generate reports with insights and recommendations.Manage social media ad campaigns, optimize performance and strategies.Stay up-to-date with emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices to enhance social media efforts.Need to have conducted the Hashtag research.Requirements:Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mind-set.Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hoot suite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.Ability to analyse metrics, derive insights, and optimize content strategies accordingly.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Knowledge of paid social media advertising and influencer marketing strategies is an advantage.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media.
