Qualifications

Required Skills

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce
• Experience with Salesforce development including Apex Classes & Triggers, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components
• Knowledge of version control systems and DevOps
• Knowledge of various software development methodologies
• Experience in integrations of Salesforce with enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate those into technological requirements
• Ability to manage and growing a team of developers
• Strong presentation ability, communication skills, and business ethics
• At least one with Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience

Desired Skills

• Experience working with MDM solutions
• Experience working as a member of a consulting firm
• Work/certifications with Salesforce growth technologies like CPQ, FSL, or Mulesoft is a plus
