Job Summary
- Collaborate with the content team to develop creative concepts and video ideas that align with our brand and objectives
- Write compelling scripts and storyboards for videos, ensuring that they convey the intended message and engage the target audience effectively
- Handle all aspects of video production, including setting up equipment, conducting on-location shoots, and directing talent as needed
- Edit video footage, add graphics and effects, and ensure a high standard of visual and audio quality in the final product
- Adapt video content for various platforms and ensure it is optimized for online distribution, including social media, YouTube, and our website
- Maintain and manage video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound recording devices
- Ensure that all video content produced meets the organisation s quality and branding standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging video technologies, and best practices to continually improve video quality and production methods
