Job Summary

Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Client s Organic Success:

    • Collaborate on client strategy and goal definition for success.

    • Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.

    • Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages.

    • Provide recommendations and execute/manage strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals general and keyword specific.

    • Coordinate with the content team to create relevant and engaging content for content outreach activities for our clients.

    • Develop and implement link building campaigns.

    • Develop, manage and execute communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with client goals.

    • Implement and administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools).

    • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings.

    • Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies.

    • Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.


  • New Acquisitions

    • Coordinate with the Growth team to identify prospective brands.

    • Perform in-depth audit of prospects' websites and coordinate with the Growth Team to present it to the client.

    • Develop and share SEO projections for the prospective client.

    • Improve our SEO pitch quality both in terms of the PPT document and SEO strategy to increase conversion percentage.


  • Team Management & Training

    • Recruit SEO executives, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.

    • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them.


  • Innovation

    • Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices.

    • Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization



Requirements

Skills & Qualifications


  • 4+ years experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) domain.

  • Strong understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) processes.

  • Experience working with popular SEO tools (Google Keywords Planner, SEMRush, Aherefs, etc)

  • Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in multiple CMS environments. (Wordpress, Magento, Shopify)

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration

  • High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.

  • Knowledge of PPC programs and optimizing data gathered from both organic and paid sources.

  • Bachelor s degree is required.

  • Superb leadership ability.

  • Prior digital marketing agency experience will be preferred.

  • Prior e-commerce SEO experience will be preferred.
