Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Positioning:

    • Establish brand positioning: Digidarts as the best 360-degree performance marketing agency.

    • Helping shape and communicate our vision and mission

    • Creating, maintaining, and optimizing brand guidelines.

    • Identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments

    • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration

    • Brainstorm & create industry-leading case studies and promote it through various marketing channels.

    • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies

  • Events, PR and Partnerships

    • Establish & manage brand communication strategy across different channels.

    • Coordinate with our PR partners to bring the maximum out of different opportunities.

    • Create & manage event-level strategies to amplify our presence in different offline and online events.

    • Creating valuable content for all our Partners across different verticals.

    • Planning & Executing different co-branded campaigns with our partners.

  • Employer Branding & Internal Communication

    • Oversees all the company's employment branding strategies

    • Plans, establishes and oversees the company's social media presence and channels related to recruitment and employer branding

    • Sets up and manages an online marketing program to promote job openings and career opportunities at the company

    • Planning & creating official internal communications.

  • Collaboration For Growth:

    • Coordinating with the sales team to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.

    • Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public- facing communications, including digital, PR and video assets.



Requirements

Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven experience in developing branding strategies.

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in creating marketing strategies.

  • Working knowledge of digital marketing concepts tools & trends.

  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Superb leadership ability.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Sheets.

  • Prior digital marketing agency experience will be preferred.
