We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for the management of digital activities across social, search and display platforms. He/she will plan and execute the paid digital media campaigns as well as manage the optimization and reporting. Our specialist will be essential to ensuring that integrated digital strategies are aligned with the client s objectives.

Your role and responsibilities at Digeesell look like

  • Strategize, execute, monitor, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Oversee growth in performance to meet client s business goals and strategies.

  • Manage the platform s daily budgets, billing reconciliation, and spend pacing in adherence to allocations and desired return
  • conducting extensive keyword research, analysis, and testing of keywords and content performance.
  • Ensuring successful campaigns managing bids and budgets to be able to meet the predefined KPI s.
  • Optimizing campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment.
  • Identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics, and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Write content for marketing ads, campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Document campaign evolution to monitor the overall performance and identify best practices.
  • Present account reviews internally as well as to clients
  • Explore new opportunities to grow campaigns more efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure a data-led approach to all activity, creating a clear test & learn the strategy
  • Working actively on google ads, Facebook ads, affiliate marketing, performance-based email marketing.


This Role is for you if you have

  • Proficient in deriving insights from data, fluent in slicing/dicing data
  • 3 4 years of Performance marketing experience.
  • Excellent experience in handling paid ads across different channels
  • Excellent with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Basic technical knowledge is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience in retargeting/remarketing
