Job Summary
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including:
  • Manage Communication with Vendors, Customers, Banks and Employees
  • Purchase Order / Invoice Booking / Account Payable (Cash & Bank)
  • Sales Order / Invoice Booking / Account Receivable (Cash & Bank)
  • Margin Calculation between purchase and sales
  • General ledger & Sub ledger management
  • Payroll & utility supervision
  • Expense Voucher Reimbursement
  • Fixed asset activity
  • Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits
  • Provide recommendations
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
  • Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy Meet financial accounting objectives
  • Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
  • GST, TDS, Advance Tax & ROC Compliances
  • Bank documentation and adhoc form requirements
  • Assist HR with PF, PT and ESIC payment.

Qualification :
M.Com/MBA-Finance & Accounting/B.Com
Experience Required :

1 to 4 Year
