Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage Internal Trainings for Employees
  • Actively seek current training methods and best practices to facilitate training employees
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with management to proactively identify topics to be addressed or areas in need of additional instruction
  • Assist in planning, creating, and implementing each year's training courses and materials
  • Onboard new hires and train them in our policies and procedures
  • Organize training sessions with candidates daily
  • Create printed and instructional materials to be used in training


Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Previous experience working as a Training Coordinator / Training Manager role is preferred or good to have knowledge on training
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management and other departments
  • Good communication skills and managing skills
  • B.tech / B.E graduates with 1 or 2 years experience in training


Experience Required :

Minimum 2 Years
