Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience handling digital marketing accounts.
• In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and strategies platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience working with agency serving handling a team and clients, preferably B2B clients.

• Comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing realm.
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
• Excellent Project Management and Presentation skills.
• Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for building and maintaining a portfolio of key digital marketing clients.
• Primary point of contact for these clients as well for internal sales support activities and lead multichannel communication campaigns to achieve client goals.
• Identifying and fulfilling clients business objectives and are in frequent contact with clients to explain strategy, plan for the future, and keep them in the loop regarding the latest developments.
• Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement digital marketing and advertising strategies that align with the client s requirements and maximize their return on investment (ROI).
• Tracking, measuring, and analyzing key account metrics to optimize digital campaigns from an ROI perspective using appropriate systems and tools.
• Ensuring resource availability and allocation and on-time project delivery, within scope and budget.
• Cross selling and up selling.
