Looking for US IT recruiter with good communication skills.
Should have 2+ years of relevant experience in US Staffing.
Should have experience working with direct clients
Should have experience working on Core IT roles.
Should have strong experience and understanding of complete recruitment process.
Should have used job boards and internal database for sourcing relevant candidates.
Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for our Clients.
Strong expertise in end to end recruitment working on W2, C2H and C2C Positions is a must.
Extensively worked on any Implementation partner company experience.
Ability to manage 2-3 requirements in a day.
Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
