Job Description
- Acting as the first point of contact for the markets withSTP issues
- Enable Suppliers to move on to digital invoicing (PO Flip/ERS/ Edicom) by providing insights and incentives to do
- Effectively Manage onboarded suppliers with theirconcerns
- Deliver KPIs expected (Supplier query resolution, supportin on-boaring etc)
- Provide support that facilitates the accurate, efficient andtimely set up and approval of invoices
- Resolve STP issues that the role holder can resolvehimself/herself without any external intervention,forward more complex issues to the STP Process Support
- Team for resolutionEnsure parked and blocked items against these POs arekept to minimum
- Act as process expert, assist with supplier and requestorcompliance issues, and ensure front-end users follow theright processes.
- Highlight any potential process and knowledge gap,ensure proper resolution.
Experience Required :
