Mandatory;-Good experience in SCM/FIN modules.
? Ensure excellent delivery of work of the team in compliance with all V1 and client internal
process and procedures.
? Support and coordinate the work and investigations of the functional team, considering the
risks and potential effects of Functional activities on existing Oracle EBS and other
applications.
? Act as an escalation point for Oracle functional problems, and work with senior stake-
holders to develop solutions and/or workarounds.
? On-going coaching of team members:
? Ensure every team member continues to build their Oracle and consulting skills
? Put in place training syllabus for junior team members and those cross training from
different disciplines
? Put in place appropriate team structures, delegating as appropriate.
