Job Description:We re looking for recruitment at the post of Assistant Professor in Pharmacy Department at our group of institutions. We are looking for candidates who are potent enough to work on the profile and can prove themselves beneficial for the students as consequently the organization.

Essential Qualification:Excellent academic record with B.Pharma, M.Pharma from a recognized college or University.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Teaching and covering the curriculum as designed and outlined by the institute by adhering to the rules and regulations.
Creating, developing and implementing innovative techniques for better and easy understanding of the students.
Monitoring and observing the students attendance, progress and assessments.
Preparing various kinds of reports by evaluating and grading the students based on their assessment.
Keeping in touch with current trends by reading the latest articles published in different magazines or other relevant literature.
Plan and organize for the availability of different study materials and laboratory equipment.
Guide, lead and mentor students in research projects.
Evaluate, monitor and mentor student academic progress.
Create, innovate and implement career-enhancement programs and activities.
Supervise and support teaching assistants.
Active participate in departmental and in college activities.
