within DCRO, Divisional CISO (D-CISO) for COO and TDI

Division: COO DCRO DCISO / CBISO TDI and Group COO Division
Location: Bangalore

Divisional CISO for COO&TDI ensures that the Information Security Management System of COO & TDI is aligned with the DBs policies, processes and standards.

In particular Divisional CISO ensures compliance for COO & TDI applications and processes to relevant Information Security (IS) Standards and Controls, especially related to

• Application IS Governance
• Identity & Access Governance
• Security Incident Management
• IS Exception Management.
  

The related activites are depending on task/service executed in DBs Information Security eco-system between Information Security Officers (ISOs) in relevant COO/TDI divisions, Divisional ISOs in relevant COO/TDI divisions, Divisional CISO, and central CSO. Divisional CISO in many services fulfils manily a governance function, in some services an execution function.

Divisonal CISO for COO & TDI is managing the related execution and governance tasks mainly out of Bangalore, India, and is driving towards a service center setup with quantitative and qualitative objectives and SLAs against those.

Youll be working on various information security topics like Information security asset governance, Identity and access governance and Information security exception review. Your key responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Supports the D_CISO / Chief BISO team in implementing an appropriate Information Security Management System (ISMS) for Group COO and TDI divisions.
• Delivering the CBISO /DCISO activities in following areas under Identity and Access governance, domain. Like Recertification, Segregation of Duties Monitoring, Information security asset governance and IS exception review (Data leakage exceptions)..
• Proactively handling stakeholder queries. Verifies factual correctness and compliance to Information Security requirements.
• To regularly assess and report on the operational effectiveness of the Information Security related activities and processes
• Act as mediator and subject matter expert for business and IT management on information security topics.
• Facilitates a regular communication and cooperation with all relevant stakeholder and functions such as the Business Information Security Officers (BISOs), Technical Information security Officers (TISOs), IT Asset owners (ITAOs) as well as the Chief Information Security Officer (CSO) delivery and governance functions.
• Contributes and provides feedback on related policies/standards.
• Demonstrates personal support to the achievement and maintenance of a high performance culture in which people management and development is a key priority. Demonstrates personal commitment to supporting colleagues within the team
• Demonstrates personal commitment to the Banks values
• Adheres to Bank Policies and Procedures and drives compliance within the team.
• Takes ownership for own development and career management, seeking opportunities to develop personal capability and improve performance contribution.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in Information security risk management under Identity and Access domain or Operational risk management experience and knowledge of IS framework.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams is essential.
• Strong understanding of audit/risk management methodologies and regulatory requirements pertaining to information security, privacy and/or data security
• Decent knowledge in at least one or more of the following Information Security processes, e.g. Identity and Access management, Information Security Incident and Problem Management, Information Security Governance for business and technology

• Education to degree level with relevant professional qualifications an advantage.

• Information Security related insustry qualifications like CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 are beneficial
• She /He needs to be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
