Job Summary

Job Description

Desun Technology Pvt Ltd full-service IT company is looking for a Business

Development Executive to play a fundamental role in achieving our

ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be

comfortable making dozens of calls per day and sending emails, generating interest,

qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders; understanding and interpreting

technical requirements; providing technical information; developing accounts for

custom software development, website, and mobile application development

services.

Required Skills:

1. Candidates should be Generating new business through Upwork (an online

bidding portal) as well as email inquiries.

2. He/ she should have to interact with national and international clients and

understand their requirements.

3. To identify sales leads on LinkedIn

4. He/ she should pitch the clients about services of Website development &

Mobile app development in different technologies like Unity, Node.js, Vue.js,

React.js, WordPress, React Native, etc.

5. Suggest the best technologies for the projects to the clients.

6. Propose budgeting for the project to the client.

7. Maintaining fruitful communication with the clients before, during, and after the

completion of projects.

8. Also maintain communication with the development team for ongoing projects

and the senior team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital

resources like Upwork, Guru, freelancer

• Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients or emailing them as

conversation starters

• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support

• Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, references, conferences, trade shows, etc.

• Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients

• Presenting and delivering information to potential clients

• Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions

• Working with the sales team when closing the sale

• Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics

• Maintaining a CRM database of prospective client information

• Maintaining a steady sales pipeline for the upcoming months and quarter

• Closing sales and working with clients through the closing process to meet monthly

and quarterly revenue targets

Interpersonal Skills:

• Needs to be a team player

• Disciplined and self-motivated

• Needs to have problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication skills. Ideally in English but not mandatory

Minimum qualification requirement

Required - upwork skill with 1+ years experience

Required - Bachelor's or higher education

Preferred - Located in Kolkata

Required - Good command over English,Hindi,Bengali
