Job Summary

Mandatory requirements

  • Should have worked in an eLearning environment for at least 1 years (Corporate training / K12)

  • Should have good grounding in ID principles (blooms level, Kolbs etc)

  • Should be able to create neat storyboards from raw content and structure provided using ID theories

  • Should be able to communicate in English effectively

    • Other requirements:

  • Should know how to use word and PPT

  • Client handling experience is a plus

  • Should have working knowledge of sound / video editing software

  • Should be willing to work overtime

  • Should be keen to learn

  • Should be passionate about e- learning

    • Soft skill:

    • Good communication (Verbal/Written), Responsibility taking and Learning attitude.
