Job Summary
- To support design activities as per project requirements and deliver with quality and timelines.
- Conduct self and team s internal quality checks and ensure accuracy and consistency across deliveries.
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Technically lead projects, guide team members, and interface with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Maintains process-related and applicable documents.
- Contributes to turnbacks and RCAs.
- Required Skills:
- Good understanding working experience in applying GDT and performing Tol Stack up.
- Experience in 3D/2D designs and Manufacturing drawings creation in NX software.
- Non-Conformance (EQN) evaluation specific to Aero Engines, perform hand calculations, interpret the analysis results, articulate the design problem, and discuss the possible methodologies.
- Perform process capability studies using statistical data, be able to discuss, participate and negotiate in finalizing technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Total years of experience: 7 to 10yrs.
