Job Summary
- Required Skills:Client Support, Technical Support
- Helping customers solve technical issues.
- Answering questions from customers and prospective customers about the features and capabilities.
- Developing customer-facing documentation, user manuals on an as-needed basis.
- Communicating customer needs and wishes to our development and engineering staff.
- Managing help desk system with minimum response time on all tickets with resolutions.
- Solution training to our clients.
- Requirements:Good understanding of the technical fundamentals of e-commerce. Working knowledge of Magento is an added advantage.
- The ability to be a good listener, and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it.
- Excellent writing skills. Most of your work will be written (email, documentation, etc.).
- Excellent telephone mannerisms. Support will be provided over the phone when needed.
Experience Required :
