Manage and grow the account of a customer by providing advanced services and strategies.
Enrich eCommerce websites (PHP, Magneto, WordPress and Shopify) with mobile applications and CRM solutions.
Maintain and Improve Project Life Cycle processes. Agile, SCRUM and SAAS base model implementation.
Prepare Project Plan and deadlines to team and client. Risk calculation and management, Contingency Planning.
Pulling together, managing, and motivating a team by compromising or escalating when required
Coordinating with members of QA and support department.
