Job Summary

Team Lead will be responsible to manage the team of Outbound/Inbound sales specialist working in the computer hardware (Laptop/Desktop) space.

Responsibilities:

  • Should have min.6+ work experience into Contact Centre environment.
  • Minimum 4+ years of team handling experience of Outbound/Inbound sales & Operations
  • Strong knowledge of computer Hardware. (Laptop/Desktop)
  • Would responsible to drive the sales target for the month/quarter
  • Should have strong Negotiation Skills
  • Should be well versed with the sales terminologies.
  • Should have an eye to detail
  • Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment;
  • Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed;
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel, power point etc)
  • Bi-lingual is a mandate (Hindi & English Speaking) etc.

  • Any Graduate

  • Should have experience of Contact Centre/ Call Centre Environments along with Team Management

  • English & Hindi
