Deloitte Digital Customer (DC) team pioneers in delivering insight-driven strategies and advanced technology solutions to energize sales and service operations for digitally powered growth. It helps organisations to enhance their customer relationships with immersive experiences powered by leading digital arts. We help find value in the entirety of client business to ensure customers are coming back for more. The Financial Services team within the DC helps in driving business and digital strategies for clients in Financial Services sector which includes Banks, NBFC, Insurance and Regulatory bodies.
The responsibilities of Manager will include:
- He/She will lead the engagements for FS clients with minimal oversight from senior management. These engagements include helping clients develop business or digital strategies, structure effective business and technology operating models
- Bring deep industry expertise in insurance core strategy, digital & business strategy, customer experience transformation
- Assist leadership in identifying new opportunities with our clients, shaping proposals with high quality content and research, and driving excellent presentation & articulation skills
- Lead interaction with senior management levels at a client and/or within Deloitte, which involves presenting analysis and recommendations
- Preferred strategy project experience involving emerging trends in technology like Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, Digital transformation
- Good exposure to some digital transformation projects e.g. Front Office Transformation, Customer Service strategy and Cost Optimization
- Coach/Mentor a team of professionals to enable growth, diversity and inclusion
- Identify, Assess and Manage end to end Project financials, risks and issues, ultimately ensuring that project milestones are accomplished
- Self-starter and independently lead client conversations for solutions, strategy and emerging trends
Qualifications
- 8 - 12 years of overall experience with strategy / digital team with Life / General Insurance organizations
- Experience in leading business teams for successful implementation of digital business strategy, customer experience transformation, business process transformation
- Strong communication skills, power point and Excel advanced level knowledge
- Experience with global consulting firms (e.g. Big4, Accenture Strategy) preferred
