Work you ll do as a Sr. Consultant and Consultant

The primary role of a Consultant or Sr. Consultant is to be responsible for managing specific sub-work stream (or sub-modules) within a broader project. Sr. Consultants and Consultants on engagements report into the team lead/ manager and are responsible for end to end delivery of the sub-work stream allocated to them.

The responsibilities of Sr. Consultant or Consultant can include:

• Perform maintenance on existing programs.
• Provide innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions.
• Participate in knowledge sharing activities.
• Hands on experience with Core Java
• Hands on experience with Sprint boot
• Hands on experience with ReactJS and frameworks like NextJS
• State Management libraries (Frameworks like Redux or Flux)
• Advanced concept of react - webWorkers, PWA, lazyloading etc.
• Knowledge of core Javascript concepts
• Knowledge of Webpack, Babel and its Plugins
• Experience of understanding the low/high fidelity level design aspects along with hands-on in UI development writing the unit testable code
• Hands on experience on HTML and CSS
• Experience of Source Control Tools such as GIT
• Experience in Web Services (REST, SOAP)
• Experience with cloud services like (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming, RDBMS, NoSQL
• Knowledge or implementation experience in Microservices based architecture.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good to have skillsets

• AWS Cloud services like Lambda, S3, EC2..etc
• Knowledge of one API gateway e.g. Apigee/Layer 7

Qualifications

Sr. Consultant: 6+ years of experience

Consultant: 3+ years of experience

Professional Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS
