The job responsibilities involved overall responsibility for smooth, time bound and quality controlled execution of works apart from preparation of bills, dealing with contractors,clients and the Architects, maintenance of records, co-ordination with other departments.such as Accounts, Finance, Sales and Administration etc. and providing efficient leadership to the subordinates. To handle the charge of any project or site independently. Overall management of the project from Inception to final handing over.
Minimum Requirements
Experience of 20 years in building construction that include residential, Shopping Malls, Hotels etc. Upto twenty years of practical experience andhaving mastered all the basic aspects of building construction, Capable of handling thecharge of any site Independently. A quest for taking up challenging jobs being the added advantage.
