Job Summary

Maintaining all proper records and documents of every branch related to assets and legal formalities. Devise and implement marketing strategies for different Projects. Track lead generation and contact with institutional clients in Govt,Public sector and private companies for securing Orders. Build good Relations with Govt Officials in District, Co-operatives Societies and Panchayat in Villages. To take the timely report from the junior staff like engineers, site supervisor, field staff etc. Timely consultation with the seniors and directors wherever required. To look after the entire office administration of the corporate office.

Minimum Requirements

Post Graduate, basic computer knowledge, knowledge of internet, must have 7+ years of experience in Real estates only.Candidate should be well versed with the documentations related to real Estates matters.

Qualification

MBA/PGDM
