Job Summary

Responsible for smooth ,time bound nad quality controlled execution of works apart from preparation of bills, dealing with contractors, clients and the architects, maintenance of recors,coordination with other departments such as accounts, finance and sales etc. To handle the charge of any project. Management of the project with the help of Sr. Project Manager.

Minimum Requirements

Candidate must have 10+ years of experience in building construction that include residential complex,townships,shopping malls and Hotels etc and having mastered all the basic concepts/aspects of building construction. A quest for taking up challenging jobs being the added advantage.

Qualification

B.Tech/B.E.
Experience Required :

5 to 14 Years
