The company aims to provide best in class logistical services customized to the needs of the customers. With the e-commerce industry witnessing a rapid expansion since the onset of the pandemic, Delcaper is developing one-of-its-kind superapp Zefayar which is a marketplace and will address to list products in a digital store with minimum cost. Customers need to have different apps for different needs; the superapp can combine the deliveries for customers, by reducing the number of deliveries for daily and essential needs. It will be a one-stop shop where sellers can deliver the products and services to the customers, thereby negating the need for multiple applications for specific purposes. It is technologically rich to support the thought behind its innovation. Backed by a creative user interface and a dynamic user experience, the superapp will be multi-faceted mechanism, the platform can provide the users with genuine information about the listed vendors, real time delivery, credible reviews and prices of the products and services.
DELCAPER as an early stage product will be piloting the superapp in Gujarat densely with a vision of being Pan-India coverage by end of this year with a feature of superapp that will clean up a Smartphone s home screen. DELCAPER has been founded by the passionate business veterans in the field of finance, product development and logistics. Role Objective:
- This role requires managing complete operations spread across Ahmedabad Area. There would be a team of Team Lead- Operations under this position.
Scope/ KRA s:
- Plan and Organize end to end hub operations.
- Participate in planning team goals and help them achieve the same.
- On-board, develop & manage delivery partners in your assigned territory also maintain 3PL Delivery Partners monitoring & controlling daily end-to-end operations while ensuring ever-evolving customer experience.
- Drive on-ground operational initiatives, lead in-house process cycle for better productivity and implement Corporate interventions.
- Monitor, maintain & evaluate end-to-end SLAs for region/city while ensuring efficiency, quality & productivity of the team and training the team to improve their performance.
- Maintain audit reports, publish regular reports & MIS as required by the Team.
- Monitoring Live and in-process order Dash-board and also on-time delivery by the Delivery personnel.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate
Skills:
- Relevant knowledge and expertise in managing large-scale logistics operations with experience in leading a large team.
- Operational wizard with expertise in establishing & optimizing on-ground operations at scale
- Monitoring live orders and Delivered in time
- Load transportation and route management
- Ability to manage a team of 30-40 Delivery personnel
- Good in verbal and email communication
- Good knowledge of Ahmedabad area and must have knowledge of Google Map
- Must be good at MS Excel and Word
