Roles and Responsibilities

Role: Salesforce consultant

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Nagpur/Pune/Hyderabad/Bengaluru

Mode of hire: Contract

Availability: Immediate


Responsibilities


1. Must have in-depth Salesforce knowledge to ensure the platform is being setup and utilized to maximum benefit.

2. Must be great with data management.

3. Excellent communication.

4. Ability to work independently and with little direction.

5. Confident team player.

6. This role will be 80% salesforce administration: configuring a SF ticket queue, creating and documenting an SLA for all tasks, configuring task and project management flows in SF, account creation, provisioning, data import, field creation and management, data cleansing, custom reports creation, process documentation creation/Updation (SF wiki creation).

7. 20 % development or assisting in development projects using APIs to fetch data from various databases/3rd party applications and bring it into SF, Timesheet s integration,etc.
