We are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of experience as well as good communication and people-handling skills.

Experience: 1-2 Years (Relevant Experience Only)

Work Mode: WFO

Location: Seoni, Madhya Pradesh

Priority: Immediate / Maximum 15-Day Notice Period Acceptable

Budget: 8,500 – 15,000 Monthly (Professional Tax and Insurance Deduction Exclusive)

Interview Rounds: 3 (HR, Technical, and Practical)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday-Friday) | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Leave Policy: 8 Paid Leaves (Terms Applied)

Notice Period: 1 Month (Mandatory) - If Bypassed, No Relieving/Experience Letter Allotted

Provisional Period: 90 Days

Commitment Period (Bond): Provisional Period + 365 Days (1 Year)

Motive:

To elevate brand visibility, engage audiences, and boost revenue. Utilize digital expertise to enhance online presence, attract customers, and drive sustainable business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Responsibility:

- Optimize website content, structure, and performance.

- Conduct keyword research and implement on/off-page SEO.

- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads.

- Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content.

- Monitor, measure, and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Proven experience in digital marketing, emphasizing SEO/SMO/SEA and PPC.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.

- Result-oriented mindset and talent in driving AI.

- Team player with effective collaboration skills.

- Diary and a pen to write or solve questions.

- Working earphones.

- Make sure you sit with proper lighting in a stable place.
