Job Summary
- Understanding and executing joining formalities and documentation
- Responsible for overall quality system in HR department
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and intervire techniques.
- Learning and development initiatives for all employees.
- Manage employee grievances.
- Conduct induction and briefing to new employee
Experience, Qualification and Desired skills
- 1-3 years of experience
- Familiarity with human resource management system and applicant tracking system.
- Experience in full cycle recruiting.
- Demonstrable leadership abilities.
- Solid communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
