Program Manager Job in Decision Point

This is a remote position.

Program Manager will serve as a primary point of contact to Work with the leadership team to manage cross-functional, high-impact initiatives and programs that enable the company to achieve strategic and tactical goals.. The incumbent for the position is expected to deliver but not limited to on following responsibilities: -

• Work with the leadership team to manage cross-functional, high-impact initiatives and programs that enable the company to achieve strategic and tactical goals.
  
• Update senior management/ stakeholders on progress against plans on a regular basis and escalate issues as and when required.
  
• Proactively identify potential conflicts, issues and risks associated with data challenges on projects.
  
• Monitor and follow up post project delivery to ensure all outstanding issues are resolved and control Plans are implemented.
  
• Deploy best project and program management methodologies and practices.
  
• Lead successful implementations of strategic initiatives aimed at increasing growth, profitability and accelerating company performance.
  
• Define, track, and refine metrics and KPIs that measure the business health and successful execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
  

Requirements

An ideal candidate will be/have:

• Master/ bachelor s degree in business administration
  
• 2-3 Years of experience into Program management / Corporate Strategy
  
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  
• Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint.
  
• Self-learning capabilities, taking initiative in a fast pace/quickly changing environment.
  
• Must have ability to get things done.
  
• Skills to work as an individual contributor
