Job Summary
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts.
  • Generate revenue among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Operates as the single point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
  • Communicates client needs to Decimal.
  • Gets involved in analysis of the requirements and coordinate internally with different internal stakeholders.
  • Forecasts and tracks client account metrics.
  • Manage projects via delivery leads/PMs within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing client.
  • Coordinate with other Channels, (Delivery, Platform, Support) working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, always meeting deadlines.
  • Coordinates for Prepare Requirement Document.
  • Achieve high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
