Primary Responsibilities:
Overall Responsibility of implementing, maintaining, and continually improving QMS and ISMS Systems or any other management systems in the organization.
Act as a single point of contact between the organization and the certification body for ISO 9001, ISO 27001.
Ensure that the QMS and ISMS to meet the requirements of the respective standards.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality and information security policies in alignment with standards.
Work with management to establish quality and information security objectives and targets.
Oversee the development, maintenance, and control of documentation related to the QMS, ISMS or any other certification.
Ensure that records are maintained to demonstrate conformity to requirements.
Coordinate and provide training on the QMS and ISMS for employees at all levels.
Promote awareness of quality and information security requirements throughout the organization.
Plan and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements.
Report on the performance of the QMS and ISMS to top management
Organize and facilitate management review meetings to evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS and ISMS
Ensure that necessary actions are taken to address any issues identified during the review
Lead initiatives for continual improvement of the QMS and ISMS.
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure effective communication of quality and security objectives and performance.
Implement and monitor risk management processes, especially in the context of information security (ISO 27001).
Prepare and represent the organization for external audits by certification bodies.
Facilitate the certification process and ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001.
Able to work collaboratively across different departments within the organization.
Manage changes to the QMS and ISMS ensuring that the integrity of the systems is maintained.
