Role and Responsibilities

  • Understandingclient requirements and functional specifications
  • Shouldbe able to understand and handle tasks independently
  • Abilityto work to deadlines & as a team member
  • Scaling and optimizing Node.js applications

Job Requirements

  • Workingknowledge of Node-Sync, callback hell and ways to control asynchronous behaviorof Node functions.
  • Strongcommand on ES6(EcmaScript) or Javascript and its concepts like prototypes, callback, closures etc
  • Shouldhave deep understanding of Native Node.js, Express.js, HAPI.js and middlewares.
  • Candidatemust have proper understanding and command on RESTful API development andconsumptions.
  • Candidatemust know to use promises, async-await to control synchronization of businesslogic components.
  • Candidatemust have knowledge of JWT, oAuth and passport.js for user authentication.
  • Candidatemust have knowledge of GIT, Bit-bucket.
  • Candidatemust have knowledge of appliation deployment.
  • Experiencewith NoSQL databases eg mongodb (preferred).
  • Musthave knowledge of socket.io, engine.io, etc. for real time communication withApps and Web
  • Musthave command on Garbage collection and other perormance optimisation techniquesin Node.js.
